Ecom Circles Review 2026
We built this platform. Here's what it does well, what needs work, and whether it's worth it for your business.
Full Transparency
This is our own review of Ecom Circles. We're not hiding weaknesses. You'll see what we do better than competitors and where we're still catching up. We built this platform to solve real seller problems, but we're not perfect—and we're honest about it.
What Is Ecom Circles?
Ecom Circles is an all-in-one platform for Amazon and Walmart resellers and wholesale suppliers. It combines product sourcing (via our scanner), repricing automation, inventory management, order handling, and an in-house warehouse with fulfillment services. Think of it as one dashboard to manage your entire reseller operation across multiple marketplaces.
We serve 7,174+ sellers managing over $1.7B in product volume, 5.15M active listings, and processing 1.29M orders. If you're doing reselling or wholesale arbitrage across Amazon and Walmart, Ecom Circles handles the repetitive, time-consuming parts so you can focus on strategy.
Key Features Breakdown
Scanner: Find Wholesale Products at Scale
Our scanner pulls millions of products from wholesale suppliers (Alibaba, Global Sources, etc.). You set your target margin, and it surfaces deals you can arbitrage on Amazon and Walmart. It runs continuously so you're not manually searching every day.
What it does: Scans 5M+ wholesale SKUs, filters by profit margin, shows pricing history, competitor listings, and demand signals.
Honest limitation: No Google Sheets export yet (coming soon). If you need to pull data into your own workflows, that's not available right now.
Repricer: Auto-Adjust Prices to Win
The repricer automatically adjusts your prices to match Buy Box conditions, competitor pricing, and inventory levels. It's passive—set it once and let it work while you sleep.
What it does: Monitors competitor prices hourly, adjusts your prices to maintain Buy Box or stay competitive, respects your floor/ceiling price limits.
Honest limitation: Currently, only 1 strategy (Buy Box repricing) is live. We have 3 more repricing strategies coming soon (min-margin, velocity-based, demand-based). If you need complex multi-factor repricing right now, you might hit a ceiling.
Inventory Management: Stock Across Warehouses
Centralized inventory tracking across FBA, FBM, Walmart WFS, and our own 3PL warehouse. One place to see SKU stock levels, warehouse location, and movement.
What it does: Automatic sync with Amazon, Walmart, and our warehouse systems. Prevents overselling, tracks stock by warehouse, reports aging inventory.
Honest limitation: No AI-powered demand forecasting. No user-configurable reorder points per SKU. This is a tracking system, not a predictive one.
Order Management: One Dashboard, All Orders
All your marketplace orders—Amazon, Walmart, Mirakl—in one place. Track shipments, manage returns, handle refunds, print labels.
What it does: Aggregates orders from all marketplaces, shows fulfillment status, integrates shipping labels, surfaces returns and chargebacks.
Honest limitation: No one-click fulfillment auto-routing yet. No per-order team assignment. If your team is large and needs granular order delegation, you'll need external tools or manual routing.
Browser Extension: Quick Lookups on Amazon & Walmart
When you're browsing Amazon or Walmart product pages, the extension shows your cost basis (from our scanner), your current price, competitor prices, and historical pricing.
What it does: One-click insights without leaving the marketplace. Check your profit margin on any product.
Honest limitation: Sales estimates shown in the extension are NOT AI-powered. They're based on price history and static demand signals, not machine learning.
In-House Warehouse & Fulfillment
We operate a 3PL warehouse. You can store inventory with us, and we handle prep (FBA/WFS labeling), storage, and outbound fulfillment to your customers.
Pricing: FBA/WFS prep $1/unit • Outbound fulfillment $3/order • Oversize items $1.50/unit • Heavyweight items $2.50/unit
Competitive advantage: Most reseller tools don't touch fulfillment. This is where we're differentiated.

Pricing Review
Ecom Circles is subscription-based with three tiers. There's a 14-day free trial (credit card required) so you can test before committing. Here's what you get at each level:
Starter
$27/mo
- Scanner access
- 1 repricing strategy
- Amazon only
- Walmart integration
Good for testing our scanner without commitment. Limited to Amazon repricers.
Growth
$97/mo
- Everything in Starter
- Walmart + Mirakl
- Order management
- Inventory tracking
Standard for multi-channel resellers. Covers Amazon, Walmart, and third-party marketplaces.
Scale
$297/mo
- Everything in Growth
- Warehouse storage (discounted)
- Fulfillment (discounted)
- Priority support
For high-volume sellers using our warehouse. The prep and fulfillment discounts add up quickly.
Value Breakdown
At Starter ($27/mo), you're paying for scanner access. Good if you just want deal sourcing without commitments.
Growth ($97/mo) is where multi-channel sellers live. You get Walmart + full order/inventory management. If you're managing 500+ SKUs across 2–3 marketplaces, the time savings alone justify the cost.
Scale ($297/mo) makes sense when your warehouse fees exceed the subscription. A $3/order outbound fee + 10% off storage/prep adds up if you're doing high volume.
Who Ecom Circles Is Best For
Resellers & Wholesalers
If you source products from wholesale suppliers and resell on Amazon/Walmart, Ecom Circles handles the entire workflow.
Multi-Channel Sellers
Selling on both Amazon and Walmart? We're one of the few platforms with native Walmart support. One dashboard, all orders.
Auto Order / Automated Buying
If you want to automate replenishment with Auto Order, Ecom Circles is built for it. We handle the sourcing, repricing, and fulfillment.
Teams & Growing Operations
Need to delegate tasks, track inventory across warehouses, or sync orders? We have the tools for that. Single sellers might not need all of it.
Who Should Look Elsewhere
Private Label Product Researchers
If you're deep in product research before launching a brand, tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout have better keyword research, demand estimation, and competition analysis.
Single-Product Sellers
If you have one product on Amazon and that's it, you don't need most of Ecom Circles. Keepa's basic pricing tool might be cheaper.
Amazon-Only Sellers (No Walmart Plans)
If you're purely on Amazon and never plan to expand to Walmart, Helium 10 or Jungle Scout might offer better specialization for your use case.
Sellers Needing Advanced Repricing Today
We only have 1 repricing strategy live (Buy Box). If you need demand-based or min-margin repricing right now, Helium 10 has more options.
Honest Limitations
- Repricer: 1 strategy live. Buy Box repricing works well. Demand-based, min-margin, and velocity-based strategies are coming, but not here yet.
- Scanner: No Google Sheets export. You can view scans in the app, but there's no bulk export to Google Sheets for further analysis. Coming soon.
- Extension: Sales estimates aren't AI-powered. They're based on historical price and basic demand signals, not machine learning models.
- Inventory: No forecasting or reorder automation. You see current stock levels, but there's no AI-driven reorder point suggestions.
- Order management: No auto-routing. You manage order assignments manually or via rules. No per-order team delegation yet.
- Primarily built for resellers/wholesale. If you're doing deep private label product research, other tools are better suited.

Ecom Circles is built by people who sell on Amazon and Walmart. We understand the pain of managing products across multiple marketplaces, hunting for deals, and manually adjusting prices. We're solving those problems.
This isn't a perfect platform. We have limitations (1 repricing strategy, no Google Sheets export, no AI forecasting). But for resellers and wholesale suppliers, the time and money saved across scanning, repricing, and order management justify the cost.
If you're a private label researcher or Amazon-only seller with one product, you might be better served by Helium 10 or Jungle Scout. But if you're managing 500+ SKUs across Amazon and Walmart, Ecom Circles is worth your attention.
