What is WFS Prep?
WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) is Walmart's equivalent to Amazon FBA. When you send products to WFS, Walmart handles the storage, picking, packing, and shipping to customers. WFS prep means we get your inventory Walmart-ready: inspected, labeled with exact specifications, and packed in the format Walmart requires.
Instead of spending time figuring out Walmart's complex labeling requirements, managing your own prep team, or dealing with rejected shipments, you send your inventory to Ecom Circles. We handle all the technical details. You focus on selling.

Send Inventory
Create a shipment in your Ecom Circles dashboard. We generate a label. Drop off at UPS or FedEx.
Receive & Inspect
We receive your shipment, scan every unit, and inspect for damage or defects. You're notified of any issues.
Prep to WFS Standards
We label, poly-bag, and pack exactly as Walmart requires. No guessing. No rejections.
Ship to WFS
Shipment goes to Walmart fulfillment center. You track status in your dashboard.
