Marketplace Connections: Amazon Seller Central credentials (OAuth tokens, not passwords), Walmart seller credentials, eBay seller information, and store identifiers.

Payment Information: Credit card information (processed securely through PCI-compliant processors), billing address, and subscription details.

Communication: Messages sent to support, feedback, feature requests, and bug reports.

Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on platform, features used, searches, queries, and performance metrics.

Device Information: Browser type and version, operating system, IP address, and device type.

Cookies and Tracking: Session cookies, performance analytics, and user preference data.

How We Use Information

We use your information for service delivery, account management, billing and payments, marketplace integration, customer support, analytics and platform improvement, security and fraud prevention, legal compliance, and communication (updates, notifications, announcements).

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties, share marketplace credentials with others, or share payment card data.

Information We DO Share

With Marketplace Platforms: API tokens (securely) for Amazon, Walmart, and eBay integration — only what is necessary to connect your accounts.

With Service Providers: Payment processors (PCI-compliant), email service providers, cloud hosting providers, and analytics providers (anonymized data only).

Legal Requirements: Law enforcement (with legal warrant/subpoena), regulatory authorities (as required by law), and to protect user safety and platform security.

Business Transfers: In the event of an acquisition or merger, with confidentiality protections.

Data Security

We implement SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, limited employee access to personal data, network firewalls, regular security audits, and hashed and salted password storage.

No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee protection against user negligence, insider threats, or third-party breaches.

Your Rights

Access and Correction: You can access your personal information at any time and request corrections to inaccurate data.

Deletion: You may request deletion of your account. Some data is retained for legal and accounting purposes. Data is deleted within 90 days of request.

Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, opt-out of analytics tracking via browser settings, and control cookie preferences.

Data Portability: Request your data in a standard format for transfer to another service provider.

Cookies

User Account Data: Retained while account is active, deleted 90 days after cancellation.

Children’s Privacy

Ecom Circles is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we’ve collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

International Users

If you are outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. US data protection laws may differ from your country. By using Ecom Circles, you consent to data transfer.

GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have rights to know what personal information is collected, know if data is sold or disclosed, delete personal information, opt-out of data sales, and request correction of inaccurate data. We do not sell personal information. Submit requests via privacy@ecomcircles.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use constitutes acceptance. We will email significant changes to registered users.
