What is WFS Prep?
WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) is Walmart's equivalent to Amazon FBA. When you send products to WFS, Walmart handles the storage, picking, packing, and shipping to customers. WFS prep means we get your inventory Walmart-ready: inspected, labeled with exact specifications, and packed in the format Walmart requires.
Instead of spending time figuring out Walmart's complex labeling requirements, managing your own prep team, or dealing with rejected shipments, you send your inventory to Ecom Circles. We handle all the technical details. You focus on selling.
How does Walmart WFS work?
Walmart Fulfillment Services works in three steps. First, you create a shipping plan (the inbound order) in Seller Center, and Walmart assigns the fulfillment centers each shipment goes to. Second, your units are prepped and labeled to WFS rules. Third, the boxes ship to those centers, and Walmart stores, picks, packs and delivers your orders.

Send Inventory
Create a shipment in your Ecom Circles dashboard. We generate a label. Drop off at UPS or FedEx.
Receive & Inspect
We receive your shipment, scan every unit, and inspect for damage or defects. You're notified of any issues.
Prep to WFS Standards
We apply Walmart inventory prep labels, poly bag and pack to Walmart's prep and labeling rules, so units arrive ready to receive.
Ship to WFS
Boxes ship to the Walmart fulfillment centers on your shipping plan. You track status in your dashboard.

How much does WFS prep cost?
WFS prep at Ecom Circles is $1.50 per unit up to 249 units a month, $1.35 for 250-500, $1.20 for 501-1,000, $1.05 for 1,001-2,500, $0.95 for 2,501-5,000, and $0.85 at 5,001 and above, all-in, the same rates as our Amazon FBA prep. Products that only need the Walmart item label are $1.00 per unit.

Volume Pricing: Rates step down automatically as your monthly volume grows, down to $0.85/unit at 5,001+ units a month. Freight into Walmart is billed separately. There is no monthly volume minimum: you pay per unit, and prep clients use the $97/mo Growth plan or higher.
WFS vs FBA: can one prep center do both?
Yes. One prep center can hold a single inventory and prep each shipment for the marketplace it is going to: Walmart item labels for WFS, FNSKU labels for Amazon FBA. At Ecom Circles you send stock to one warehouse, and we prep and ship to Walmart and Amazon from it at the same per-unit rates.
