Rates vary by provider. At our Chicago-area warehouse, 3PL clients pay a one-time $650 setup fee and $3.00 per parcel order, with label processing included. Prep, returns and 2-step clients pay no setup fee, and FBA and WFS prep runs from $1.50 down to $0.85 per unit by monthly volume. Every other 3PL rate is on our rate table.
Every service is deducted from your balance as it happens and itemized in your account. Prep clients use the Growth plan or higher. Receiving, storage and every other 3PL line are on the 3PL pricing page.
Where Is the Closest FBA Prep Center to Chicago?
Ecom Circles runs FBA prep at its warehouse in the Chicago area, for Amazon sellers anywhere in the US. Prep is all-in per unit, from $1.50 down to $0.85 by monthly volume, covering receiving, inspection, FNSKU labels, poly bagging and FBA shipment labels. Freight into Amazon is billed separately. Prep clients pay no setup fee.

Create the PO in your Ecom Circles dashboard before the truck ships. We check the delivery against it and mark each item sellable or damaged.

Checked-in stock goes to its shelf location and syncs to your Ecom Circles software automatically.

Prep
Units bound for Amazon FBA or Walmart WFS are labeled, bagged and sent in on a shipment you can track.

Pick and pack
Your Amazon FBM and Walmart orders route from your dashboard to the warehouse, and we pick, pack and label each one.

Ship
The carrier collects the parcel and tracking syncs back to the marketplace.

Returns
Customers can return to the warehouse. We inspect each return and restock or dispose of it based on condition.
